The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed tight end Jaheim Bell to a one-year contract, the team announced Monday.

Bell was selected in the seventh round of the 2024 NFL Draft out of South Carolina by the New England Patriots. He caught two passes for 20 yards and a touchdown in three appearances as a rookie. He spent 2025 on the Philadelphia Eagles and Steelers practice squads. He signed a futures deal with the Eagles in January before being waived in late April.

Bell now joins a tight end room made up of Darnell Washington, Pat Freiermuth, Riley Nowakowski, JJ Galbreath, Lake McRee, and Chamon Metayer ahead of OTAs and minicamp.
