Random Ramsdom: Kenny Moore is available

NFL teams are constantly trimming rosters and a recent player released was Kenny Moore of the Indianapolis Colts. He's had some strong years if my memory is correct, but the Colts likely didn't think his value was matching his play, so they cut him.

Now, other teams can make a move for player, who knows? Maybe by the time you are reading this a team did make a move grab him, but I would guess he'll take his time if he can.

It will be interesting to see which other players become available, and the Rams will have some tough decisions to make themselves to be sure.

Colts release cornerback Kenny Moore, safety Nasir Adderley (espn)

INDIANAPOLIS - TheColtson Thursday released veteran cornerbackKenny Moore II, one of the team's longest-tenured players and most respected leaders.

Moore, 30,recently requested a tradeafter conversations with general manager Chris Ballard. The team agreed to explore trade possibilities, but Ballard said during the NFL draft that nothing had yet materialized.

With teams well into their offseasons and with the Colts anticipating signing rookies in the coming days during this weekend's rookie camp, roster spots needed to be created.

Report: Seahawks had 3rd-round grade on Rams QB Ty Simpson (ramswire)

ESPN reporter Brady Henderson said on NFL Live" this week that the Seahawks had a third-round grade on Simpson and are not nervous about his arrival in the NFC West.

They had a third-round grade on Ty Simpson, and as you know, sometimes teams will kind of squirm and get nervous when a team in their division drafts a player," Henderson said. I can tell you, this was not the case with the Seahawks and Ty Simpson."

Jennings, who turns 29 in August, joins a receiver depth chart that already boasts one of the best one-two punches in the league inJustin JeffersonandJordan Addison. That said, Minnesota was in need of adding some depth to the unit, especially after losing pass catcherJalen Nailor, who was third on the team with 444 yards receiving in 2025, in free agency. Nailor signed a three-year, $35 million contract with theLas Vegas Raidersduring the initial waves of free agency, which also included $23 million guaranteed.
