Daniel Jeremiah remains one of the best NFL draft analysts out there, not to mention his special connection to Seattle sports through a regular segment on 710 AM radio.

Jeremiah just released a draft recap ranking of sorts, tied to his own 150-player big board. It values expected points up against actual draft position, following the first 150 picks of the 2026 NFL draft.

The best team from the NFC West was the Seattle Seahawks.

Which Teams Made Most of Their Picks?
- 150 points for player ranked 1st overall, 149 for player ranked 2nd ...

- Players outside Top 150 = 0 points

- 150 expected points for 1st overall pick, 149 for 2nd overall pick ...

- Picks outside Top 150 = 0 expected points pic.twitter.com/GD59Fn4S7l

It's a big tweet so let me include the rest of the list, because wait until you see who's at the bottom!

The Seahawks come in at 10th, picking last in the round for most of the draft. The Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers, with their Ty Simpson and De'Zhaun Stribling adventures, are in the bottom five.

If you followed along last week with the radio segment, Jeremiah loved Seattle's draft. The top three picks were right in line with his projections. Bud Clark and Julian Neal were both around a 5-10 pick steal in his book.

Obviously we'll have to wait and see how this plays out, but it holds with what general sentiment was coming out of the draft. It's the type of draft that could really damage the chances of the pursuers in their hopes to overtake Seattle.

50% is just terrible, man. Somebody's gotta do a wellness check on San Francisco's GM John Lynch.
