'You cannot pour from an empty cup': 130 Hamilton mental health workers among 4,000 on strike in Ontario

In a joint action by OPSEU about 4,000 support workers are on strike or locked out across Ontario demanding better pay. Among them are about 130 child and youth mental health workers in Hamilton who say their organization, which serves 2,300 clients, is struggling to keep people on.
