Niagara Parks hopes for surge in domestic, international travel after strike averted

The Niagara Parks Commission hopes to see a continued surge in international and Canadian travellers arriving at its attractions in Niagara Falls this summer, now that the threat of a strike shutting down Parks operations has been averted.Unionized Parks staff with the Ontario Public Service Employees Union voted by a two-thirds majority on Friday to ratify a new three-year contract with the Parks.
