There is a history of that happening. For example, the Matthew Stafford trade" became the Matthew Stafford, Jared Goff trade" over time. Perhaps it is the first name (which this writer shares), but Verse's first two seasons in the NFL give Cleveland fans a reason to be hopeful, along with the extra draft capital the team could use to find a quarterback.
