Hundreds more homes occupied since launch of Hamilton's vacant unit tax, but council remains divided

More than 66 per cent of previously-declared vacant units returned to occupancy in year two of Hamilton's vacant unit tax, according to a report before city council's General Issues Committee on Wednesday. That amounts to 288 units.
