Highway 407 in Burlington, Ont., reopens after crash sends 3 to hospital

A two-vehicle collision closed Highway 407 westbound ramp to the QEW and Plains Road in Burlington, Ont., for several hours Monday, police said. One of the vehicle's occupants had "possibly life-altering" injuries, police said.
