Forget the Kindle Scribe, I like the Huion Note E Android tablet with stylus far better and it is $74 off for Prime Day!
I am sick and tired of Kindle being the go-to e-reader for most people. If you want a spectacular little tablet that can store thousands of e-books, comics, and audiobooks, the Huion Note E is a far superior option.
Not only does it run Android 15 without any limitations on which apps you can download and install from the Play Store, but it also comes with a battery-free stylus!
Down to just $295.20 for Prime Day, I suggest you to purchase this fabulous little 8.4-inch Android tablet with a matte, anti-glare display instead. The screen is very eye-friendly and imitates paper well.
Powered by Android 15, the Huion Note E is a spunky little digital notebook with a paper-like LCD display and a battery-free EMR stylus that detects up to 8,192 levels of pressure. Packing 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and fabulous native OCR, it gives any Kindle a run for its money, especially with its current 20% off Prime Day price!View Deal
Recommended if: You want a stylus-bearing eye-friendly e-reader without the limitations of E Ink or the restrictions of the Amazon Kindle OS.
Skip this deal if: You are not willing to forego an E Ink display. In that case, suggest looking at Bigme B6 Color Ebook Reader instead, which is 5% off with a coupon on Amazon right now.
What I love about the Huion Note E Android tablet is that it has none of the caveats of e-readers and E Ink tablets, but plenty of the upsides. For instance, the tablet has a standard 60Hz screen refresh rate so you don't have to deal with ghosting issues or slow transitions. Yet, the paper-like screen still retains that soft quality that e-readers and E Ink tablets boast.
Huion also customized the layout of the Huion Note E to give it more of a e-note feel. This is a digital notebook to the T, with excellent native apps for note-taking, list-making, and sketching. Native OCR means you can write into any text field instead of typing, which has a joy of its own.

And since it is an Android 15 tablet, you can download and use all your favorite Android apps on it. Install the best reading apps, from the Kindle reading app to the Moon+ Reader and open-source apps like Komikku.
There are no restrictions to the UI, even though the home layout looks like it might have limitations. In fact, I like the unusual e-reader-like UI because it feels non-distracting. You know you can access apps like Google Chrome, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, and Netflix, as well as all your favorite games. But you aren't tempted to keep doomscrolling.
The Huion Note E has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, and you even get an 8MP camera for scanning documents or taking quick snapshots here and there.
