Boy, 7, falls from 3rd-storey apartment of St. Catharines, Ont., building and survives, police say

A young boy who fell three storeys from a downtown St. Catharines apartment building Tuesday night survived with non-life-threatening injuries, to the relief of police officers, firefighters and paramedics who rushed to the scene.
