"Mexican Batman" tapes suspected thieves to lamp posts

A Mexican vigilante is chasing down suspected thieves in Lagos de Moreno and duct-taping them to lampposts. He has acquired the unimaginative nickname "Batman" in local media reports; police would like him to stop.
Many of them were reportedly sporting moustaches, cat whiskers, and had "ratero", the Spanish word for "thief", scribbled on their faces by the anonymous crime hunter.
