ESPN Survey: Caleb Williams Top 10 QB in the NFL

Fowler surveys general managers, coaches, and scouts and asks them who the best player in the league is at each position. He then puts together a ranking at each position.
Today, Fowler unveiled the quarterbacks.
Josh Allen supplanted Patrick Mahomes for the top spot, and Mahomes fell to second. Matthew Stafford, Joe Burrow, and Lamar Jackson round out the top 5.
Dak Prescott is ranked sixth, Justin Herbert is seventh, Drake Maye is eighth, and Jared Goff is ninth.
But look who is sitting at 10? None other than Caleb Williams.
Williams' highest ranking among those surveyed was sixth. Fowler did note that it was very close between Williams, Sam Darnold, Jordan Love, and Jayden Daniels for that 10th spot. Williams beat out the other QBs because, according to one GM surveyed, He's the most dynamic of the group. He's got the arm talent and overall athleticism suited for today's game." Another personnel evaluator called him a closer," which is why he got the nod over the other QBs.
So there it is, Bears fans. League evaluators call Caleb Williams a top-10 QB in the NFL. This isn't Bears fans; this isn't crazies on social media. This is NFL evaluators calling a Chicago Bears quarterback one of the 10 best in the NFL.
10 other QBs received votes below Caleb. Those QBs are Darnold, Love, and Daniels, as mentioned before. The other QBs were Brock Purdy, Baker Mayfield, Trevor Lawrence, Jalen Hurts, Bo Nix, Daniel Jones, and CJ Stroud.
