As hardware costs continue to rise, anyone looking to build a new PC should seek combo deals when available. Newegg has a couple of worthwhile combos out already, but this is one of the better ones we've seen. Just $490.98 (when using promo code PKC337 for an additional $49 off) buys you one of the better gaming chips around in the AMD Ryzen 7 7700X3D, a quality Asus B850 Gaming Plus Wi-Fi 6E motherboard, and 16GB (1x16GB) of G.Skill Flare X5 DDR5-6000 RAM, saving a whopping $194/~28% off if you bought the parts individually.

In essence, this combo deal means you're paying just $12 for 16GB of DDR5 RAM. And while it is a single stick of RAM in this deal, if you buy another at the $204.99 retail price, you can step up to 32GB and dual-channel for only $217. Considering the least expensive 32GB DDR5-6000 kit on Newegg is $395 right now, this is an incredible way to get into the AM5 platform and that 32GB-of-RAM sweet spot on the cheap.

The Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF is at all-time low pricing. This 20-core processor has 8 P-cores and 12 E-cores with 20 threads. The boost clocks of 5.4 GHz for the P-cores and 4.6 GHz for the E-cores enable this processor to perform well in gaming and multithreaded applications. View Deal

While the 7700X3D isn't quite as fast as the 9800X3D, the 8-core 16-thread Zen 4 processor is still one of the top gaming chips and is well ahead of the recently re-released (and expensive, $349.99 at Newegg) Ryzen 7 5800X3D. Performance-wise, the 7700X3D is squarely between the faster 7800X3D and slower 7600X3D, and it clearly holds its own among its peers and is a great 1080p/1440p gaming chip.

A single stick of G.Skill's Flare X5 RAM is the weapon of choice in this combo. The 16GB stick is rated at DDR5-6000 CL36-36-36-96, which is in AMD's sweet spot for the platform. The Flare X stick sports a black heatspreader and does not include RGB lighting. It pairs well with the Asus B850 motherboard, both in terms of compatibility and aesthetics. If you're concerned about single-channel performance or 16GB isn't enough for your uses, buy another at the retail price (so 32GB @ ~$217), and you still come out way ahead (saving $178) versus any other comparable 32GB kit available right now.

Last but not least, is the MSI B850 Gaming Plus Wi-Fi 6E. This ATX motherboard pairs well with the included processor and RAM, allowing you to get the last bit of performance out of the combo. There's plenty of connectivity, including eight total USB ports on the rear IO (7x Type-A, 1x Type-C), fast networking with 2.5 GbE and integrated Wi-Fi 6E, and ample storage options with two M.2 sockets (one PCIe 5.0) and four SATA ports. The black-and-silver aesthetic also looks good with most build themes.

In all, this Newegg combo is certainly one of the better ones they have going. And while it is a single-channel package, even if you buy another matching stick, you still come out well ahead if buying a 2x16GB DDR5-6000 by itself. At just $490.98 when using the $49 off promo code (PKC337), this is a deal worth jumping on before it sells out.
