Samsung Unpacked 2026: all the news from the July foldable launch

Samsung revealed its newest slate of foldables at this summer's Galaxy Unpacked, which took place in London. In addition to a Galaxy Z Fold 8 that adopts a wider, passport-like form factor, Samsung showed off its new Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra with a crease you can barely see and a refreshed Z Flip 8, which has some new features for its cover screen.
We saw some new wearables as well, including the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 that comes with a larger battery and a thinner case, alongside a Galaxy Watch 9 equipped with an upgraded chip. Samsung and Google revealed two new designs for their AI smart glasses launching later this year, too.
