Lions to sign DL Ben Stille

The Lions will be adding a player to their defensive line group on Friday.
Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that they will sign Ben Stille. There is no word on any corresponding roster move.
Stille ended last season on the Falcons' practice squad and remained with Atlanta until being cut loose in May. He last appeared in a regular season game in 2024.
Stille split that season between the Buccaneers and Cardinals. He's also played for the Browns and Dolphins since entering the league as an undrafted free agent in 2022.
In 18 career games, Stille has 17 tackles, two sacks and a fumble recovery.
