Schotty review of the scrimmage.
Some Brian Schottenheimer notes after the joint practice review:
- Joseph Hoyt (@JoeJHoyt) August 13, 2026
Offense
- Really good in the red zone on offense.
- Need to be better against movement, especially in run game
Defense
- I thought the play style was felt."
- A little soft in coverage: airy."
Interesting.
Brian Schottenheimer said they're still working through snap counts for Caleb Downs (and Malachi Lawrence): I think at some point they'll both play a little bit of football."
