Robert Saleh has confirmed the Tennessee Titans will run Cam Ward and the starting unit out for a large portion of tonight's NFL preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks.
That's why the Titans (-4.5) are favored to win at home, and a key reason why I'm backing them to do just that.
I also explain why scoring will be at a premium in mySeahawks vs. Titans prediction and NFL picks with kickoff at 8 p.m. ET in Nashville.

Who will win Seahawks vs Titans: Titans -4.5Kalshi probability: 48%
We touched on last week how seriously Robert Saleh takes the preseason, so it's not a surprise the Tennessee Titans won last week.
It's also not surprising he's confirmed his starterswill go about 20-25 plays" against the Seattle Seahawks, indicating they might even play the entire first half.
Friday's joint practice between the two teams saw the Titans give the Seahawks quite a fight, and Cam Ward looked very effective in the red zone portion of the practice. They also ran the ball with plenty of success.
With the Seahawks likely to play their starters very little-if at all-I am not sure I see improvement over their first preseason game, when the Cowboys held them to just 156 yards of offense.
Take the Titans and lay the points out to a -5.5 spread.
TOP PICKSeahawks vs Titans Over/Under pick: Under 37.5
Kalshi probability: 48%
It's that poor offensive output for the Seahawks that has me backing a low-scoring affair.
The Titans secondary registered a pick-six off Sam Darnold in the joint practice and caused him issues throughout. Their pass rush also got home on Seattle's QB quite often.
Drew Lock didn't look terribly convincing against the Cowboys, throwing for just 40 yards on 13 passes. Now he's going to be short-handed a bit. WR Jake Bobo, who had five targets on Seattle's 20 throws, suffered a season-ending knee injury in Friday's scrimmage.
While I see the Titans winning comfortably, I don't trust their backups to put up numbers. That will keep the scoring low enough for the Under to hit with room to spare.
Take this down to 35.5 points.
