San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York pleaded no contest Monday to two misdemeanor charges after his arrest in East Palestine, Ohio, over the weekend.

Columbiana County court records show that York was ordered to serve one day in jail for each charge to be served concurrently but was given one day of credit for time served. He also paid two fines totaling $1,150.

York has been the 49ers' chief executive officer since 2010. Though he long operated as the organization's de facto owner, he officially became the principal owner in 2024, when he purchased additional equity from his mother, Denise DeBartolo York.

The 49ers have not responded to USA TODAY Sports' request for comment on the arrest.
