Raiders cut tracker 2026: Roster set

The NFL deadline for teams to get down to the initial 53-man rosters is at 3 p.m. PT Sunday. Teams are starting the process early and the Las Vegas Raiders could make cuts as soon as today.

The Raiders are entering a rebuilding season-owning the third-longest odds (+500) in the AFC to make the playoffs this season, per FanDuel Sportsbook-which makes it more interesting to see who the coaching staff keeps on the roster. A youth movement has already started in Las Vegas, so we could be in for a surprise or two on cutdown day.

ESPN is reporting quarterback Aidan O'Connell made the team and the Raiders will keep three quarterbacks.

In a bit of a surprise, undrafted rookie pass-rusher Cian Slone is reportedly being waived. That means Patrick Johnson is probably making the team. The Raiders will liely try to put Slone on the practice squad if he goes unclaimed.
