Ex-Doctor Who actor Noel Clarke charged with several sexual offences including assault, voyeurism

Noel Clarke, best known for his role in the sci-fi show Doctor Who from 2005 to 2010, has been charged with six sexual offences, including two counts of sexual assault, England and Wales' Crown Prosecution Service announced on Wednesday.
