Attractions Atlas explored the world's first permanent Godzilla Museum at Nijigen no Mori Theme Park on Awaji Island, Japan, where Godzilla suits, props, production materials, dioramas, sculptures, and around 100 Toho monster figures are on display. Visitors can also get an up-close look at Godzilla's history while discovering the creative process behind the films' special effects.

Discover exhibits dedicated to the history and world of Godzilla, including movie-related displays, models, dioramas and incredible creations featuring Japan's legendary King of the Monsters.

The museum is part of Godzilla Interception Operation Awaji, home to a nearly 400-foot-long life-size Godzilla with an open mouth that receives zipline riders.

The Godzilla Museum is part of Godzilla Interception Operation - National Godzilla Awaji Research Center (NIGOD), an attraction built around a gigantic life-size Godzilla measuring approximately 120 metres long. Nijigen no Mori describes it as the world's largest life-size Godzilla.
