Pittsburgh Steelers offensive tackle Troy Fautanu has left the Week 1 contest against the Atlanta Falcons with an injury. Rookie Max Iheanchor has entered the game at right tackle with Dylan Cook moving to the left side.

It's unclear what exactly the injury was, but the former first-round pick was favoring his right arm/shoulder. We'll provide exact details when they become readily available.

The Steelers currently lead the game 20-13 with just over eight minutes remaining in the fourth quarter off the strength of a T.J. Watt interception returned for a touchdown.
