Bears QB Tyson Bagent will return to practice Saturday
Tyson Bagent could be the starting quarterback for the Bears on Monday night.
Bears head coach Ben Johnson told reporters on Saturday that Bagent will take part in the team's final practice before facing the Eagles. Bagent still needs to receive final clearance to clear concussion protocol and be able to play on Monday.
The Bears have not officially ruled Caleb Williams out for Monday, but he will miss his third straight practice with a hamstring injury on Saturday. Bagent is the No. 2 quarterback on the depth chart with Case Keenum at No. 3 and Miller Moss on the practice squad.
An official injury report will come out later on Saturday and it will feature all of the team's injury designations for Week 3.
UPDATE 1:29 p.m. ET: Initial reports from Johnson's press conference indicated Bagent cleared concussion protocol, but he needs to go through Saturday's practice in order for that to happen.
