The Thursday injury report entering Week 4 against the Los Angeles Chargers has come out. There are some major updates with this report. Let's start with the good news. Starting safety Ty Okada is finally back at practice in a limited manner. This is the first time Okada has practiced all season. It will be fascinating to see whether he is able to practice again tomorrow and potentially even suit up on Sunday. The other starting safety, Julian Love, was limited in practice again on Thursday with a calf injury. However, when asked whether he plans to play Sunday against the Chargers, Love responded, Yeah, I feel good."Usually having media availability is a sign that a player will play.

The other good news out of Thursday's practice is that running back Zach Charbonnet has officially returned to practice on a limited basis. Since Charbonnet is on the PUP list, he has to sit out four total games, meaning he will not be able to play Sunday against the Chargers. However, Charbonnet returning also means that he has to be activated off of the PUP list within 21 days, or his season is over. That timeline shows that Charbonnet could be back as early as Week 5 against the San Francisco 49ers, while the latest he could return is ahead of the Week 7 matchup against Kenneth Walker III and the Kansas City Chiefs.

It wasn't all good news for the Seahawks. Running back Jadarian Price went from a limited participant in practice yesterday, to a did not participate" in today's practice due to a chest injury. If Price cannot go Sunday, then that likely means a heavy dose of George Holani and Emanuel Wilson at running back (and perhaps even a Velus Jones Jr. or Jacardia Wright off the practice squad). Although it should be noted that for the second straight day, Holani was limited in practice with a rib injury.

Defensive tackle Brandon Pili (neck), safety Nick Emmanwori (ankle), and wide receiver Rashid Shaheed (hip) were all full participants for the second day in a row. Meanwhile left guard Grey Zabel (groin), and defensive tackles Jarran Reed (foot) and Leonard Wiliams (veteran rest day) all went from limited participants yesterday to full participants today.
