Rams vs. Bills odds: Opening lines for Week 5 matchup

According to FanDuel, the Los Angeles Rams (2-2) are favored by 2.5 points over the Buffalo Bills (3-1) in Week 5 of the NFL season. The Rams being favored may be a surprise to some given that the Bills are first in their respective division while the Rams are a .500 team. Then again, the Rams are home, so in theory that's to their advantage.
The linemakers could expect Aaron Donald to be back after missing Week 4, and perhaps the linemakers expect L.A.'s defense to truly challenge Josh Allen.
This will be a Monday night game, so anything can happen.
A potential trend to keep in mind is that Matthew Stafford has thrown an interception in every game in 2026. Josh Allen has at least one rushing touchdown in each of his games.
You could make a bet on a Stafford pick, or that Allen finds the endzone at least once on the ground.
You could also make a bet that Puka Nacua ends up getting his first receiving score of the year or that Davante Adams has his third 100+ yard game of the season against what could be a shaky Bills defense.
You can bet whichever direction you want and with the Rams coming off a nail-biting win, and the Bills coming of a rough loss to the New England Patriots, this game could go either way.
