Entering this game at 2-2, the Birds are looking to avoid dropping below .500 for the first time since the 2021 NFL season. It'll take a big effort to pull off the upset; Nick Sirianni's squad is 7.5-point underdogs against this Jags team that's played well since the Liam Coen era began last year.

FIRST QUARTER UPDATES- The Eagles won the opening coin toss and decided to defer, per usual. The Jaguars took Jake Elliott's kickoff to the house. Lol. There were flags on field after Jeremiah Trotter Jr. got in a brawl with Bryan Thomas Jr. and both players were ejected. The touchdown was also wiped out by offsetting penalties on the Eagles and Jags. Elliott kicked off again and the Jags took over at their own 26-yard line. Trevor Lawrence threw over the middle (which the Jags love to do) for a first down. Jalen Carter drew a holding penalty to knock the Jags' offense back. Then Carter cooked the Jags' right guard and strip-sacked Lawrence for a Jags recovery. Then a Jags false start knocked the Jags back to 2nd-and-40. What a wacky start to this game. Facing 3rd-and-37, the Jags went with a quick pass to set up a punt.
