**UPDATED AS OF WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14 AT 8:45 PM ET**

AFC East

Buffalo BillsDJ Moore - WR (shoulder)

Moore aggravated his shoulder injury in Week 4 and was forced from the game, unable to return. He did not play in Week 5 against the Rams and remains sidelined to begin Week 6.

Impact:The Bills adapted to his absence by taking on a run-leaning offensive game plan on Monday Night Football, where Josh Allen attempted only 19 passes to 37 team rush attempts in the thrilling overtime win. Dalton Kincaid now has three consecutive games with three or fewer targets, something we expected to change with Moore out.

Joshua Palmer - WR (shoulder)

Palmer injured his shoulder in practice Friday and was ruled out for Week 5 Saturday. He resumed practicing in a limited capacity to begin Week 6.

Impact:Keon Coleman and Khalil Shakir did little as the top options through the air against the Rams, while rookie Skyler Bell failed to come up with either of his two targets in his professional debut.

Miami DolphinsDe'Von Achane - RB (knee)

Achane suffered a torn ACL in the team's Week 3 loss to the Chiefs, ending his season.

Impact:Achane's unfortunate season-ending injury creates opportunity for Ollie Gordon and Jaylen Wright. The timing of the injury makes it likely that Achane is able to fully recover before the start of the 2027 regular season.

Caleb Douglas - WR (ankle)

Douglas missed his third consecutive game in Week 5.

Impact: Douglas continues to demonstrate splash play potential for one of the youngest offenses in the league and could return to streamer status once healthy, considering quarterback Malik Willis' league-leading downfield throw rate.

New England PatriotsTreVeyon Henderson - RB (ankle)

Henderson departed the team's Week 5 win over the Raiders with an ankle injury and did not return. He was limited to begin Week 6 despite reportedly having suffered a high-ankle sprain.

Impact:Rhamondre Stevenson is in line to serve as the unquestioned lead back, should Henderson miss time, and become a borderline RB1/2 against the Jets. Corey Kiner would soak up primary change-of-pace duties but is not worthy of fantasy streaming consideration. Even if Henderson plays through the injury, Stevenson is an RB2 at worst.

Mack Hollins - WR (calf)

Hollins departed the team's Week 4 win over the Bills with a calf injury and did not return. He was placed on injured reserve in Week 5.

Impact: Veteran practice squad call-up Efton Chism saw the biggest increase in routes following Hollins' departure, which was particularly interesting considering the team's general lack of downfield abilities. Perhaps Kyle Williams could finally see additional time on the field.

A.J. Brown - WR (ankle)

The Patriots placed Brown on injured reserve with a high-ankle sprain early in the year. They activated his 21-day practice window in Week 6. He was limited on Wednesday.

Impact:Brown was diagnosed with the dreaded high-ankle sprain early in the year. Although he is practicing, he is not guaranteed to suit up in Week 6. Brown would be a WR2 candidate if active.

New York JetsBreece Hall - RB (quadriceps)

Hall suffered a quadriceps injury in the team's Week 3 loss to the Lions. Head coach Aaron Glenn reiterated Hall remains week-to-week early in Week 6.

Impact: Braelon Allen can be started as a volume-driven RB2 for as long as Hall remains sidelined.

Omar Cooper - WR (ankle)Cooper was placed on injured reserve after suffering a high-ankle sprain in Week 1. The team activated his 21-day practice window in Week 6.

Impact:Cooper can be stashed in 12-team leagues.

Adonai Mitchell - WR (finger)

Mitchell reportedly injured his finger during Week 3's Thursday practice. In Week 6, the team revealed that he had undergone a procedure on the injured digit and remains week-to-week

Impact: Garrett Wilson is in line to see all the volume he can handle.

Kenyon Sadiq - TE (concussion)

Sadiq played through a back injury in Week 5 before suffering a concussion. He was limited on Wednesday.
Impact: Sadiq warrants TE1 treatment if active.

AFC North

Baltimore RavensLamar Jackson - QB (ankle)

Jackson departed just before the half with an ankle injury and did not return in Week 4. Although he was reportedly "closer than people think" to playing in Week 5, Jackson did not practice the following Wednesday and remains day-to-day.

Impact: Although wide receiver Zay Flowers remains an elite fantasy option, his true ceiling inarguably takes a significant hit with Huntley under center. Even so, fantasy managers can continue to start him as a WR1.

Rashod Bateman - WR (shoulder)

Bateman was limited on Wednesday.
Impact:Minimal.

Durham Smythe - TE (Achilles)

Smythe suffered a torn Achilles in the team's Week 4 win over the Titans. His season is done.

Impact: It was Matt Hibner who saw the largest increase in snaps following Smythe's departure in Week 4, making it unlikely we see veteran Mark Andrews in a more robust role.

Ja'Kobi Lane - WR (wrist)

Lane suffered a fractured wrist in the team's Week 1 win over the Colts. He was placed on injured reserve after undergoing surgery. The Ravens activated his 21-day practice window in Week 6, and he immediately resumed practicing in full.

Impact:The popular breakout candidate caught a touchdown that was called back due to a penalty before departing with a fractured wrist in Week 1, and will now miss significant time. Rashod Bateman ran a route on almost every Lamar Jackson dropback in Week 1 but failed to catch his lone target. It remains more likely that Zay Flowers, if healthy, and Mark Andrews continue to be the points of emphasis through the air. Keep an eye on rookie wide receiver Elijah Sarratt.

Cincinnati Bengals

Andrei Iosivas - WR (thumb)

The Bengals placed Iosivas on injured reserve in Week 3

Impact: Wide receivers Colbie Young and Dohnte Meyers will duke it out for the No. 3 wide receiver role for at least the next four weeks. Meyers can be added in 14-team leagues, though his upside is questionable.

Cleveland BrownsDylan Sampson - RB (knee)

Sampson was placed on injured reserve in Week 2. The Browns activated his 21-day practice window in Week 6, but he did not participate on Wednesday.

Impact: Sampson should be rostered in 12-team formats. He could handle a sizable role if Judkins, explained below, is unable to play.

Quinshon Judkins - RB (ankle)

Head coach Todd Monken confirmed Monday that Judkins is considered "day-to-day" with an ankle injury after Judkins was spotted in a walking boot following the team's Week 5 loss to the Jets. He did not practice on Wednesday.
Impact: Although Monken said Judkins will have a chance to play in Week 6, the team signed veteran journeyman Audric Estime from the Vikings' practice squad Monday. Fantasy managers will want to track Judkins' status throughout the week, but it certainly looks like they should prepare for an absence against the Ravens.

Raheim Sanders - RB (hip)The Browns placed Sanders on injured reserve in Week 6.

Impact: He will be eligible to return after four games missed.

Denzel Boston - WR (foot)

Boston was limited on Wednesday.
Impact: Boston is seemingly on track to play in Week 6 against the Ravens and can be started as a FLEX if so, but this situation is in flux.

KC Concepcion - WR (concussion)

Concepcion was limited to begin Week 6 after being knocked out by a vicious hit in Week 5.
Impact:If active, Concepcion should be ready to handle his typical role, though many players miss at least one week after suffering a concussio.

Pittsburgh SteelersRico Dowdle - RB (toe)

Dowdle has missed the previous three games while tending to a toe injury. He was limited to begin Week 6.

Impact:Jaylen Warren is an RB1 for as long as Dowdle remains sidelined after handling true workhorse volume in his absence. Head coach Mike McCarthy said Monday that Warren has earned additional work in the backfield, even when Dowdle returns. Dowdle would be a floor-based FLEX if active.

Michael Pittman - WR (foot)

Pittman was limited on Wednesday before being seen using a scooter in the locker room after practice. It was then revealed that Pittman aggravated his foot injury. The Steelers placed him on injured reserve late in Week 5.

Impact: Pittman's absence opens the door for additional opportunities behind DK Metcalf, a role that now appears to be on rookie Germie Bernard's shoulders following the multi-week injury suffered by Roman Wilson in Week 5. Ben Skowronek (leg) has already been ruled out for Week 6. Bernard is one of Week 6's top waiver additions after leading the team with nine targets against the Colts.

Roman Wilson - WR (finger)

Wilson departed in the second half of Week 5 with a finger injury and is reportedly looking at a multi-game absence.
Impact:See above.

AFC South

Houston Texans

Tank Dell - WR (knee)

Dell began the season on injured reserve. Head coach DeMeco Ryans said Monday that the team would activate Dell's 21-day practice window this week. He was limited on Wednesday but ruled out for Week 5 Friday. He is practicing in full for the Texans' Week 6 game in London.

Impact:Expect Jaylin Noel to serve as the primary slot receiver while newcomer Kayshon Boutte starts on the perimeter opposite Nico Collins, for the time being. Dell could work his way back into primary slot duties once healthy. The Texans acquired former first-round wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. following their Week 5 win over the Titans. If Dell travels, he could play, though he offers no floor.

David Montgomery - RB (groin)

Head coach DeMeco Ryans said Monday that Montgomery is "week-to-week" with a groin injury.
Impact:The expected multi-game absence leaves Woody Marks alone atop the backfield depth chart, in a role that has yielded but on fantasy-relevant box score through the season's first five weeks. Even so, fantasy managers in a bind can prioritize Marks off waivers ahead of another difficult matchup against the Jaguars in London.

Jayden Higgins - WR (knee)

Higgins saw his 2026 season taken from him due to a torn ACL suffered in camp.

Impact: It's a massive blow to a Texans team that was counting on Higgins taking another step forward in his Sophomore campaign. The team traded for Kayshon Boutte in the wake of the injury

Indianapolis ColtsJosh Downs - WR (rest/hamstring)

Downs was limited on Wednesday.
Impact: Rest-associated designations can typically be ignored, but the Colts kept a "rest/groin" designation next to Keenan Allen's name recently, before ruling him out at the end of the week. We expect Downs to play, but his progress must be monitored.

Daniel Jones - QB (ankle)

Jones is practicing in full and should be expected to play in Week 6.
Impact: Jones is still regaining his push-off strength from last year's Achilles tendon rupture. Adding an ankle injury is not ideal. He is a QB2.

Alec Pierce - WR (heel)

Pierce aggravated the injury that required offseason surgery in Week 2. The Colts placed him on injured reserve in Week 3. He will attempt to avoid surgery by rehabbing his injured heel.

Impact:Josh Downs should serve as the primary option through the air for as long as Pierce remains sidelined. The team signed veteran field-stretcher Darius Slayton in the wake of Pierce's injury, although he is unlikely to return weekly fantasy production. Slayton (knee) was ruled out for Week 5 on Friday.

Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars emerged from their Week 5 win over the Eagles absent any fantasy-relevant injuries.

Tennessee TitansTyjae Spears - RB (knee)

Spears remains limited in practice as usual.
Impact:None.

AFC West

Denver BroncosPat Bryant - WR (ankle)

Bryant suffered an ankle injury in the team's Week 4 loss to the 49ers and is reportedly expected to miss "a few weeks." He was placed on injured reserve Friday.

Impact: Troy Franklinand Marvin Mimsappear to be the next men up in Bryant's absence, although the team could use a "sum of all parts" mentality to bridge his absence, considering historical trends. Alpha wide receiver Jaylen Waddle would be the primary beneficiary.

Jonah Coleman - RB (ankle)

The team shocked fantasy managers Saturday, sending him to short-term injured reserve. He will be eligible to return in mid-October.

Impact: Coleman was initially viewed as the potential Week 3 starter, given Harvey and Dobbins' ailments. Dobbins and Harvey will revert to a backfield tandem in the rookie's absence.

Kansas City ChiefsRashee Rice - WR (hamstring)

Rice departed Week 4 with a hamstring injury and is reportedly looking at a multi-week absence. He was sidelined to begin Week 6.

Impact: It was Jalen Royals who stepped into Rice's role following the latter's departure, although rookie Cyrus Allen would appear to be a better fit in the short term. The Chiefs are now without a viable deep threat following the devastating injury suffered by Tyquan Thornton, with reports surfacing that they have reached out to free agent Tyreek Hill. Stay tuned as this saga unfolds.

Tyquan Thornton - WR (ankle)

Thornton suffered a devastating ankle injury due to a hip-drop tackle in Week 4. He is reportedly set to undergo surgery within the week and will miss 12-16 weeks.

Impact:See above.

Las Vegas RaidersBrock Bowers - TE (knee)

The Raiders continue to give Bowers half-days on Wednesday.
Impact:None. He is the overall TE1.

Ashton Jeanty - RB (foot/ankle)

Head coach Klint Kubiak said Jeanty is starting to "feel a lot better." Jeanty is practicing in full for Week 6.

Impact:Jeanty is clearly limited by the injuries, ceding touches to Mike Washingtonand Dylan Laube. For now, he is a borderline RB1/2.

Jalen Nailor - WR (concussion)

Nailor did not practice on Wednesday. He was ruled outfor Week 5 Friday.

Impact: The Raiders' wide receiver injuries have allowed wide receiver Cody White to be a surprisingly effective contributor.

Dont'e Thornton - WR (hamstring)

The Raiders activated Thornton's 21-day practice window from injured reserve on Wednesday. Thornton says he is "ready" to play, although the team ruled him outfor Week 5 Friday.

Impact: Thornton could carve out a role as a deep threat, once healthy, but can only be viewed as a dart throw.

Jack Bech - WR (forearm)

The Raiders placed Bech on injured reserve in Week 4.

Impact: Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker could line up in the slot more often.

Los Angeles ChargersLadd McConkey - WR (foot)

McConkey, Quentin Johnston(chest), KeAndre Lambert-Smith(hamstring), Brenen Thompson(quad) and Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ribs) were limited. Tre' Harris(hamstring) did not practice.

Impact: McConkey is the only Chargers wide receiver who should definitely be in re-draft lineups against the Chiefs, if active, in Week 6.

Quentin Johnston - WR (chest)

See above.

Impact: See above.

David Njoku - TE (fibula)

Njoku is looking at an extended absence after being carted from the field in the team's Week 2 loss to the Raiders. The Chargers placed him on injured reserve in Week 3.

Impact:See above.

NFC East

Dallas CowboysMalik Davis - RB (hip)

Davis was placed on injured reserve and will miss the remainder of the 2026 season.

Impact: The Cowboys released both Jaydon Blue and Phil Mafah at roster cuts and now have only Emari Demercado on the active roster behind starter Javonte Williams. Expect Israel Abanikanda to be elevated to the active roster from the practice squad for Week 2, while Williams appears likely to see all the work he can handle against the Commanders. Williams is a locked-in RB1 in Week 2.

CeeDee Lamb - WR (quad)

Lamb departed the team's Week 5 loss to the Buccaneers in the fourth quarter with a quad injury. He is practicing in full for Week 6.

Impact: None.

New York GiantsIsaiah Likely - TE (foot)

Likely is practicing in full for Week 6.

Impact: None.

Darnell Mooney - WR (neck)

Mooney was limited on Wednesday.

Impact: If Mooney sits, rookie wide receiver Malachi Fields would be a boom-bust WR4.

Jaxson Dart - QB (knee)

Dart injured his MCL, PCL and meniscus on the team's first possession of Monday Night Football against the Rams. He will undergo surgery to address the MCL and meniscus and miss the rest of the regular season. Giants head coach John Harbaugh said it is possible for Dart to return in the postseason, although this is unlikely.

Impact:Backup Jameis Winston was largely unable to sustain drives following Dart's departure. Dart's absence has an adverse effect on all skill position players in New York, most notably Malik Nabers, Isaiah Likely, and Cam Skattebo. We'll know more regarding Dart's expected timeline later this week.

Philadelphia EaglesSaquon Barkley - RB (hamstring)

The veteran workhorse pulled up lame in the second quarter of Week 4 and is reportedly considered "week-to-week." He did not play in Week 5 but the team is reportedly "hopeful" to get back their franchise back for Week 6.

Impact:Primary backup Tank Bigsby also departed the team's Week 4 loss to the Rams, leaving with a core muscle injury that requires surgery. He was placed on injured reserve Monday. Running back Will Shipley the suffered an injury in Week 5. The Philadelphia backfield is currently a mess.

Tank Bigsby - RB (core)

See above.

Impact: See above.

Will Shipley - RB (foot)

Shipley reportedly suffered a partial tear of the plantar fascia in his foot in Week 5. He is expected to miss multiple weeks.
Impact:Dameon Pierce and Carson Steele are the only healthy backs currently on the roster, assuming Saquon Barkley misses another week. Neither are overly exciting streaming options, although we would prioritize Pierce.

DeVonta Smith - WR (hamstring/toe)

Smith did not practice on Wednesday after playing through his hamstring injury in Week 3. He missed Weeks 4-5, and remains sidelined to begin Week 6. He is now also listed with a toe injury.

Impact:Smith's hamstring was an issue in training camp. The team will now be down to Dontayvion Wicks and rookie Makai Lemon as its top two wide receivers. Neither is an overly exciting start in fantasy.

Dontayvion Wicks - WR (hamstring)

Wicks was limited to begin Week 6.
Impact:Wicks played through the injury last week. He remains a shaky FLEX.

Eli Stowers - TE (hamstring/quad)

The Eagles placed Stowers on injured reserve. He was limited to begin Week 6, but does not need to be rostered.

Impact: Stowers appears unlikely to have a meaningful role in the offense during his rookie season.

Washington CommandersTerry McLaurin - WR (hamstring)

McLaurin remains sidelined in Week 5 after injuring his hamstring during a Week 4 practice. He played in Week 5 after being a true game-time decision.

Impact: Fantasy managers will want to track his status in the coming days to ensure he did not suffer a setback.

Stefon Diggs - WR (hamstring)

Diggs apparently injured his hamstring in Week 4 and remains sidelined to begin Week 5. He was ruled out for Week 5 Friday.

Impact:Diggs' absence paves the way for Antonio Williams to continue to see his role grow in an offense that continues to look out of sorts. Fantasy managers can continue to stash Williams in the hopes his per-target upside begins to translate into heavier volume.

Marcus Mariota - QB (knee)

Mariota departed the team's Week 4 loss in London with a sprained MCL, leaving Athan Kaliakmanis as the likely backup, for the time being. Mariota remained sidelined in Week 5.

Impact: None.

Jaylin Lane - WR (ankle)

Lane suffered a dislocated ankle and fracture in Week 4 and is likely done for the season.

Impact:Minimal. Lane was primarily a special teams contributor.

NFC North

Chicago BearsCaleb Williams - QB (hamstring)

Williams suffered a Grade 2 hamstring strain in the team's Week 2 loss to the Vikings. He is practicing in full for Week 6.

Impact:Williams' expected return comes on the heels of a seven-point, five-turnover outing against the division rival Packers with a combination of Tyson Bagent and Case Keenum under center. Williams will be a back-end QB1 against the pass-funnel Falcons in Week 6.

Kyle Monangai - RB (thumb/toe)

Head coach Ben Johnson labeled Monangai as "day-to-day" with a thumb injury suffered in Week 4. Johnson said Monangai's thumb injury is not an "issue," but did not address the toe injury. Monangai was ultimately ruled out for Week 5. He remains sidelined to begin Week 6.

Impact:D'Andre Swift suddenly finds himself in one of the better spots for Week 5, with the backfield mostly to himself for as long as Monangai remains sidelined. Roschon Johnson is likely to be involved, but not to the extent that Monangai would have been. Fire up Swift in all formats as a middling RB1 in a difficult matchup against the Falcons, should Monangai miss another week.

Detroit LionsIsiah Pacheco - RB (back)

Pacheco was placed on injured reserve to start the season. General Manager Brad Holmessaid he "hopes Pacheco returns this season."
Impact: Well, that doesn't sound great. There appears to be something more insidious going on with Pacheco's back than initially thought. Lions coach Dan Campbell said running backs Jacob Saylors and Sione Vaki could split touches behind Jahmyr Gibbs. Saylors appears to be the first player up. Gibbs handled an absurd 34 opportunities, of 37 total running back opportunities, in the team's Week 1, overtime win over the Saints

Green Bay PackersJosh Jacobs - RB (commissioner exempt list)

Jacobs was placed on the commissioner exempt list amidst troubling domestic violence allegations. His initial court date was recently moved up from November to September 10. ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports Jacobs "could be looking at a 4-6 game suspension" after being activated from the exempt list.

Impact: The commissioner exempt list brings a wide range of outcomes regarding how many games we expect Jacobs to miss this season. That said, the fact that his initial court appearance was moved up near the start of the regular season could allow the league additional motivation to levy a suspension, pending the outcome of his appearance. Either way, don't expect Jacobs on the field any time soon, leaving MarShawn Lloyd as the lead back in the interim.

Jayden Reed - WR (neck)

Reed suffered a scary-looking neck injury that required stabilization in the team's Week 2 win over the Jets. Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said on Tuesday that it is "way too early" to determine whether Reed will play again in 2026. That said, he was not placed on injured reserve ahead of their Week 3 contest. He will reportedly undergo surgery.

Impact:Beyond the football implications, it is good to hear Reed avoided any life-altering injuries in Week 2. Skyy Moore and Bo Melton are likely to soak up additional snaps, although volume is most likely to concentrate on Christian Watson, Matthew Golden, and Tucker Kraft.

Chris Brooks - RB (ankle)

Brooks suffered an ankle injury in the team's Week 4 win over the Buccaneers and is reportedly undergoing further testing. He did not practice on Wednesday and was ruled out for Week 5 on Friday.

Impact:Brooks had been the most consistent rusher in a timeshare situation. Kaleb Johnson lost another fumble in Week 4, leaving MarShawn Lloyd as the likely beneficiary for as long as Brooks remains sidelined, although that role carries little value for the team with the fewest rush attempts in the league through the first month of the season.

Skyy Moore - WR (ankle)

Moore sported a walking boot instead of practicing on Wednesday.
Impact: Should he miss time, the Packers' star players would further consolidate touches.

Minnesota Vikings

Jordan Addison - WR (hamstring)

Addison did not practice on Wednesday due to a little hamstring soreness." He was listed as questionable for Week 5, ultimately unable to go.

Impact: Justin Jefferson remains the alpha in this offense.

Jordan Mason - RB (thumb)The Vikings placed Mason on injured reserve in Week 2. The team reportedly hopes" to get him back in Week 7.

Impact: The Vikings are on bye in Week 6, so Mason will be eligible to return in Week 7. Starting running back Aaron Jones gets a deserved projections boost with Mason sidelined. Veteran RB DeeJay Dallas operated as the RB3. Rookie RB Demond Claiborne can be stashed on benches.

Don't forget: Check out theRotoworld player news feedfor all the latest news, notes, and transactions around the league.

NFC South

Atlanta FalconsMichael Penix - QB (ribs)

Penix suffered a ribs injury late in the fourth quarter of the team's overtime loss to the Ravens in Week 5. He is practicing in full for Week 6.
Impact: Penix is good to go this week, and can be started as a high-end QB2 with four teams on bye.

Carolina PanthersJalen Coker - WR (quadricep)

Coker suffered a quad injury in Week 3 that forced him to depart the game. He did not play in Week 4. Head coach Dave Canales said Monday that Coker is "on track" for Week 6 against the Eagles. He is practicing in full for Week 6.

Impact: He is a WR2 against the Eagles.

Darren Waller - TE (toe)

Waller was limited to begin Week 6.
Impact: Waller should be able to handle his normal workload. Ideally, he practices in full by the end of the week.

Jonathan Brooks - RB (groin)

Brooks aggravated the groin injury that forced him to miss the end of camp. The Panthers placed him on injured reserve in Week 3. He is expected to undergo core muscle surgery.

Impact:Chuba Hubbard enters the volume-driven RB1 discussion in Brooks' absence. Trevor Etienne(ankle) is practicing in full and can be stashed in 14-team leagues.

New Orleans SaintsTyler Shough - QB (left hand)

Shough injured his non-throwing hand. He was limited on Wednesday but removed from the injury report Friday. He is practicing in full for Week 6.

Impact:It will not impact his throwing ability.

Chris Olave - WR (illness)

Olave did not practice on Wednesday.
Impact: This should not impact Olave's availability but is worth monitoring, given his history of blood clots in his lungs.

Travis Etienne - RB (hamstring)

Etienne aggravated his hamstring injury in the team's Week 3 loss to the Raiders. Head coach Kellen Moore said Monday that he expects Etienne to "miss some time."

Impact: Alvin Kamara and Kendre Miller appear likely to split the load in Etienne's absence, neither of whom is overly enticing in fantasy circles in what is expected to be a shared workload.

Alvin Kamara - RB (back)

Kamara played through the injury ineffectively last week. He remains limited to begin Week 6.
Impact:Kamara is entirely touchdown-dependent.

Jordyn Tyson - WR (hamstring)

Tyson begins the regular season on injured reserve. He could return in Week 7.

Impact:Devaughn Vele should begin the season in the starting lineup opposite Chris Olave, with both players routinely used in the slot. Olave's weekly range of outcomes rivals almost any receiver in the league for as long as Tyson remains out, while tight end Juwan Johnson should return weekly TE1 finishes.

Tampa Bay BuccaneersJalen McMillan - WR (knee)

McMillan suffered a sprained PCL in his first game action of the season in Week 3. The team placed him on injured reserve Monday, with an expected absence of 6-8 weeks.

Impact: Not much change considering he made his season debut in Week 3, although rookie Ted Hurst should remain in the starting lineup.

Baker Mayfield - QB (thumb)

Mayfield suffered a dislocated thumb in the team's Week 3 loss to the Vikings. He is expected to be sidelined for three-to-six weeks. As of Week 6, he has not resumed throwing.

Impact:Undrafted free agent rookie Jalon Daniels will start in Mayfield's absence. Daniels went undrafted for a reason, the primary of which was his inconsistencies as a passer. Consider it a significant downgrade for Emeka Egbuka, Chris Godwin, Ted Hurst, and Cade Otton.

NFC West Arizona CardinalsJeremiyah Love - RB (ankle)

Love is not practicing early in Week 6. The team lists him with just one ankle injury despite recent reports indicating that his preseason ankle injury remains problematic and he injured his other ankle in Week 4.
Impact: Love is a low-floor RB2/3.Tyler Allgeier should be stashed.

Los Angeles RamsTerrance Ferguson - TE (ankle)

Ferguson aggravated an ankle injury in the team's Week 3 loss to the Broncos. Head coach Sean McVay said Monday that Ferguson is likely to miss Week 4. He did not practice on Wednesday and was sent to injured reserve Friday. He will miss the next four games, at minimum.

Impact:Colby Parkinson (shoulder) is playing through his injury and Davis Allen (foot) is sidelined. Tyler Higbee is a viable TE1 in fantasy.

San Francisco 49ersDemarcus Robinson - WR (ankle)

Robinson suffered a high-ankle sprain in the team's Week 2 win over the Dolphins. He will miss significant time.

Impact: Reports suggest Jacob Cowing will be leaned on to fill the void left behind by the injuries to Robinson and De'Zhaun Stribling. Expect Mike Evans, assuming health, Christian McCaffrey, and George Kittle to soak up additional volume.

Deebo Samuel - WR (hamstring)

Samuel suffered a hamstring injury in the team's Week 5 win over the Seahawks. He is expected to miss multiple weeks.

Impact: The Athletic's Matt Barrows believes Brandin Cooks is the "next man up" for a 49ers team absolutely devastated by injuries. Cooks can be added from waivers after serving as the de facto WR2 opposite Mike Evans once Samuel departed.

De'Zhaun Stribling - WR (ankle)

Stribling suffered an ankle injury in the team's Week 1 win over the Rams. The 49ers placed him on injured reserve in Week 2 after he underwent surgery to repair a deltoid ligament tear. He is expected to return in 10 weeks.

Impact: The Athletic's Matt Barrows believes Demarcus Robinson will be the primary beneficiary.

Ricky Pearsall - WR (knee)

Pearsall was placed on season-ending injured reserve.

Impact: Pearsall will miss the entirety of the 2026 season.

Seattle SeahawksZach Charbonnet - RB (knee)

Charbonnet begins the season on the physically unable to perform list, although the team remains optimistic he will be able to beat his initial recovery timeline. He reportedly has a "legitimate chance" to play in Week 7 against the Chiefs.
Impact: Charbonnet could return to a sizable role when healthy.

Jadarian Price - RB (chest)

Price was placed on injured reserve in Week 4.

Impact: Price played through the injury in Week 3 but apparently emerged worse off for wear. Emanuel Wilson and George Holani will split the backfield in his absence, although the biggest boost likely falls back to Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba - WR (ankle)

Smith-Njigba is cleared to play in Week 6 against the Broncos. He practiced fully on Wednesday.

Impact: None.
