Giants sign LB Malik Harrison to active roster

The Giants are signing LB Malik Harrison to their active roster for the rest of the season.
Harrison has been with Big Blue since signing to their practice squad during the closing days of camp.
They quickly used up his only three practice squad elevations during their first three games of the season, so they'd have to sign him in order for him to be active again.
Harrison missed each of their past two games with an injury but has been rehabbing, and now locks up a deal so he can play when he is deemed ready to return.
The 28-year-old has been a valuable special teams piece for New York, playing 84.6 percent of their snaps while recording a pair of tackles and a fumble recovery.
He was a 2020 third-round pick of John Harbaugh and the Ravens.
