More vulnerabilities in widely deployed software

The Node.js project hasreleaseda number of security updates to fix, among other vulnerabilities, aremote-code-execution bug affecting programs that use Brotli compression. And,in case any programmers who use compiled languages thought they could relax, themusl libc project has also announced anew vulnerability: anout-of-boundswrite that could potentially lead to remote code execution, although thathas not been demonstrated.
