"Motor Mania" is a short 1950 Disney cartoon starring Goofy as a road rage-fueled Jekyll & Hyde character who is the model citizen except when he gets behind the wheel of his car. Despite the large span of time between now and when the cartoon was originally released, many of the points about road rage are still valid today.
