[$] A report from PGCon 2015

PGCon 2015, the PostgreSQLinternational developer conference, took place in Ottawa, Canada from June16 to 20. This PGCon involved a change in format from prior editions, witha "developer unconference" in the two days before the main conferenceprogram. Both the conference and the unconference covered a wide range oftopics, many of them related to horizontal or vertical scaling, or to newPostgreSQL features.
