Blind Chihuahua Tests Out the Homemade Safety Bumper That His Compassionate Human Created Especially For Him

An elderly chihuahua who became blind from cataracts tests out his brand new "Bumper Buddy" - a homemade safety harness that that his wonderful human created that allows him to bump into things without harming himself and figure out his placement as he moves about the house.

Our dog Buddy has become blind because of cataracts. My fianci(C) has made him this bumper harness so that he can confidently walk around the house without hurting himself!
