California Glass Artists Are Raising Funds to Save Their Studio and Cat Rescue Center in Carmel Valley

Glass artist Joy Alyssa Day and engineer BJ Johnson are currently raising funds through Indiegogo to help save the cat rescue shelter that they run out of their glass-blowing studio in Carmel Valley, California and are offering to trade their beautiful art for financial support.

We're a little rescue shelter and create blown glass scientific and geeky items to support the kitties. We're running a fundraiser that features some of our scientific pieces, like a blown glass solar system ornament set, a Doctor Who police box fridge kit, and glow in the dark blown glass planets and comets and dragon eggs. The Solar system, Saturn and comet are based on scientific data and mission imaging. Thank you!
