Makerbase, A New Online Directory of Digital Creators and the Things They Make

Makerbase is a new online directory of digital creators and the things they make, or as co-creator Gina Trapani calls it, "a directory of people who make things out of bits & bytes." Trapani co-created Makerbase with Anil Dash.
Creators can list their digital creations, like Laughing Squid for example, on the site, and Makerbase will pull relevant information from Twitter and the App Store to help fill out the entry. Once the page is established, creators can add details like collaborations, timelines, and additional descriptions.
