generally, yes - almost anything but fox. although in this case in certainly appears each of those sources are airing the same non-story - "get a load of this guy!", so i'd probably still vote down. Aside, he isn't exactly the first notable person to make alien claims, and his claim isn't even new.
edit: after re-reading my first post i wanted to clarify that the -1 wasn't only because of Fox as the source; i'd put 75% of the vote on the story itself.
