More kids than ever now have access to a tablet. The naysayers fear that too much screen-time has a detrimental affect on children's ability to concentrate on long-form reading. But is it truly a threat to their literacy? Or could inventive ebooks and reading apps actually encourage young people to take up reading and be a valuable counterpart to the book?
