‘The Extreme Minuet’, An Incredibly Fast and Precise Performance of Mozart’s Minuet That Lasts Two Seconds
by Glen Tickle from Laughing Squid on (#KXXN)
"The Extreme Minuet" is an incredibly fast and precise performance of one of Mozart's minuets created by 43 people tossing coins into carefully arranged beakers.
Each of the 43 performers had electrodes attached to their arms, so it's possible the team used computer control similar to that demonstrated by neuroscientist Greg Gage in a recent TED Talk to precisely time the event.
The performance was arranged by the PARTY Agency for the Suntory brand concentration drink Shuchu Regain.
