New Horizons Mission Sends Back a Stunning Backlit Panorama of Pluto

A recent downlink from the New Horizons mission revealed a stunning backlit panorama of the dwarf planet Pluto. The image was taken just 15 minutes after the probe's historic flyby of the Pluto system. The image gives a beautiful and detailed view of Pluto's features.
Another image gives a closer view of Pluto's icy Sputnik Planum, the iconic heart-shaped area revealed by the New Horizons mission.
