Samsung's updated Gear VR arrives in November for $99

At the Oculus Connect keynote today, Samsung unveiled its updated Gear VR headset, which it's trumpeting as the device that will make VR experiences accessible to a wide range of mobile users. This latest Gear VR is 22% lighter than its predecessor for greater comfort. The company says it has improved the quality of the touchpad on the side of the device as well as the "overall feel" of the unit.
