You may (or may not) be able to buy them from an organization that previously pumped a bunch out and doesn't happen to need them all, but there's no more new supply. Prices won't just rise, they'll dramatically spike, and it won't be long before that pool of last resort will be completely exhausted, too. There's too many people, too many devices. There big crunch is imminent.
