A different theory (Score: 0) by Anonymous Coward on 2014-03-28 22:31 (#VM) How about that we are now correctly identifying autism and that the numbers of people with autism has not changed. This would mean that autism is not on the increase, just our ability to detect it.Special note: I work with a borderline autistic person. He was not diagnosed until well into his 40's. While linked, there is no evidence that the two are moving at the same rate.
