Developing countries should not be treated as a single bloc at the climate change talks in Paris, as their interests are often starkly divergent, the former president of Mexico has said.
Felipe Calderon was Mexico's leader at the Cancin climate talks in 2010, which enshrined under the UN process commitments made a year earlier at the chaotic summit in Copenhagen. He is now the chairman of a global commission on the New Climate Economy.
