Star Wars fan Marshal Banana spent the last year building an amazingly detailed version of the Millennium Falcon from The Force Awakens out of approximately 7,500 LEGO bricks. Marshal's entire collection of LEGO Millennium Falcon photos are available to view on Flickr.

It took me a whole year to accomplish this build (including planning and collecting bricks). My main goal was to present the model in a flying position, which was a huge task. Due to its internal framework it was not possible to include an interior, but I was able to fully lighten the model. And there was still enough space left to include a detailed cockpit (with 4 seats), gunner's platform and a lowering ramp.

Measuring: 32 in x 21 in x 7 in
Weight: approx. 22 lbs
