Never has the smell of a rotting corpse been met with so much joy.
Gardeners at Mount Lofty botanic garden, about 18km from Adelaide, jubilantly announced on Monday the long-awaited flowering of the extremely rare Titan arum, more commonly known as the corpse flower for its distinctive and distinctly unpleasant odour.
