Columbus Blue Jackets goalie Curtis McElhinney left Saturday's game against the Washington Capitals with an apparent lower-body injury and won't be available for the team's next game against the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday, head coach John Tortorella announced.

McElhinney was forced to leave the game after falling awkwardly less than a minute into overtime.

Anton Forsberg entered the game and stopped six shots in overtime before capturing his first NHL win in a shootout.

With Sergei Bobrovsky still sidelined with a groin injury, the Blue Jackets will roll with a goalie tandem of Forsberg and Joonas Korpisalo for at least one game.
