Kernel prepatch 4.4-rc8

As expected, Linus has released 4.4-rc8rather than the final 4.4 release. "Normally, me doing an eighthrelease candidate means that there is some unresolved issue that stillneeds more time to get fixed. This time around, it just means that I wantto make sure that everybody is back from the holidays and there isn'tanything pending, and that people have time to get their merge window pullrequests all lined up.
