Nylander congratulates fellow Leafs prospect Kapanen on gold medal goal
While Toronto Maple Leafs fans weren't able to see William Nylander light up the World Juniors with Team Sweden after suffering a concussion, a new young star emerged as Kasperi Kapanen scored the tournament-winning goal for Finland on Tuesday.
Following Kapanen's heroics, Nylander took to Twitter to congratulate his Toronto Marlies teammate.
Congrats to a sick teammate and even better friend on a beautiful gwg! #kassssuuuuuu #kidsawinner @kasperikapanen1

Nylander currently leads the Leafs' AHL affiliate with 34 points in 27 games while Kapanen has 10 points in 17 games.
With these two, as well as Canada's Mitch Marner, the future certainly looks bright in Toronto.
