SpaceX's attempt to land its Falcon 9 rocket on a barge appears successful until the rocket tips over and explodes into a ball of flames. The company's founder, Elon Musk, posted this footage to his Instagram page, captioning it: 'Falcon lands on droneship, but the lockout collet doesn't latch on one [of] the four legs, causing it to tip over post landing. Root cause may have been ice buildup due to condensation from heavy fog at liftoff.'
