Hank and Katherine Green Prepare Some Weird 1950s Food From Her Grandmother’s Recipe Book

In the latest vlogbrothers episode, host Hank Green and his wife Katherine decided to prepare a number of weird recipes from the mid-20th century with middling to awful results. The recipes came from a book that Katherine's grandmother handed down to her and contained a lot processed ingredients.

Katherine got a sort of recipe book that her grandmother put together in the 1940s and 50s. It was fascinating enough that I decided we should cook some of this REALLY WEIRD STUFF! So much Jello you guys. *shudder*
