Court opens door to unsealing 'secret deal' feds' struck with U.S. Steel

The Ontario Court of Appeal has ruled that the Investment Canada Act does not prevent the terms of contentious "secret deal" struck in 2011 between the federal government and U.S. Steel from being released.
